6:00 a.m. - 1 Litre of pure water.
6.15 a.m. - 6.45 a.m. – Brisk walking (running not necessary).
7.00 a.m. - One cup of tea/coffee/150 ml juice without sugar.
8.30 a.m. – 9.00 a.m. - Breakfast
Three slices of bread (or)
One cup of noodles 200g (or)
One cup of cooked Cereals.
11.00 a.m. – One cup of tea/coffee/150 ml fruit juice without sugar.
1.00 p.m. - Meal
Three slices of bread
Small piece of Fish or Chicken (50gms)
Vegetables like cucumber, Dandelion, Lettuce, Onions
Seaweeds, Spinach must be added with diet.
4.00 p.m. – Two biscuits with one cup of coffee/tea/150ml juice.
7.00 p.m. - Dinner
Only Vegetable diet – Only vegetables like cucumber, Dandelion, Lettuce, Onions, Seaweeds, Spinach, Fennel, One garlic pearl and one glass of fruit juice.
9.00 p.m. – Half Litre of water.
